  • English & Reading Coach and / or Math & Science Coach

    ACT / SAT Coaches will provide full academic testing support, create customized study plans, along with strategies and test-taking skills to help approach the test. The Coach will utilize resources to help students make a plan for success, encourage students to initiate, and reteach necessary concepts. Coaches will assign homework after each session and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support during the 8-week program to help improve their test scores. ACT / SAT Coaches will maintain an open and constant line of communication with the Management Team in order to provide clients, parents, and other Coaches with complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding students. This is a part-time, on-site role located in St Louis, MO. Flexible scheduling is available for both in-person and online sessions.

  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reading Specialist to join our tutoring team. This role involves working one-on-one or in small groups with students to strengthen foundational reading skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The ideal candidate has a background in literacy instruction, experience with structured reading programs, and a passion for helping students build confidence and a love of reading. A degree in Education or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred. Flexible scheduling is available for both in-person and online sessions.

  • As an Executive Functioning Coach, you will help students strengthen organization, time management, focus, advocacy, and the approach to school. This role involves working closely with students to develop personalized strategies for planning, prioritizing, task initiation, and goal setting. The ideal candidate has experience in education, psychology, or coaching and a strong understanding of executive functioning and learning support. Candidates should be patient, adaptable, and able to motivate students toward greater independence and academic success. Flexible scheduling is available for both in-person and online sessions.
