This program helps the students move successfully from high school to the next level-college or other training, and find and keep a job.
Executive Functioning
Our Executive Functioning program helps students develop the organization, focus, and self-management skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. These essential cognitive skills include planning, time management, task initiation, advocacy, working memory, and emotional regulation — all of which play a critical role in learning and daily life.
Through targeted strategies, structured practice, and individualized support, students learn how to approach school by breaking down complex tasks, managing deadlines, and building productive study habits. We work to increase independence, confidence, and consistency, helping students feel more confident.
Reading & Phonics
Our Reading & Phonics program builds strong, confident readers from the ground up. We focus on developing essential skills in decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension to build a strong foundation for future success.
Each lesson is tailored to meet the student’s specific needs and learning pace. Through explicit instruction, multisensory techniques, and consistent progress monitoring, we ensure that every child builds the skills necessary to decode words accurately, read fluently, and understand what they read.

Career Coaching
Our Career Coaching program provides personalized guidance on career exploration, résumé, cover letter, and interview preparation, along with goal-setting strategies.
Through reflective discussions, practical tools, and actionable planning, individuals learn how to align their passions with purpose and develop the confidence to pursue meaningful opportunities. Our coaching process equips each individual with the clarity and direction needed to move forward with confidence.
